Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has invited applications for recruitment to various posts through Combined Subordinate Services Exam - 1 (Group 2) 2012. There are total 3631 posts. Name of the post and number thereof are mentioned as herein below:

Selection Procedure for recruitment in TNPSC 2012: Selection will be made on the basis of  marks obtained in Written Exam and Interview/ Oral Test being conducted by TNPSC.
How to Apply for recruitment in TNPSC 2012:  Applications are to be made online at official website of the Tamilnadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Once online application is made, candidates are required to send hard copy of the application to the Commission.
Application Fee for TNPSC 2012:  A total of Rs. 150/- is payable (Application fee of Rs 50 and examination fee of Rs 100) Fee can be paid through Online or Offline mode. This is to be noted that candidates who have registered in the onetime registration system and  have already paid the registration fee of Rs 50/- and obtained the registration ID/No. are  not required to pay the application fee for a period of 5 years from the date of onetime registration even if they apply for any other posts, subsequently notified by the Commission. But those candidates shall pay examination fee if applicable.
Online mode of Payment: Online payment can be made through Internet Banking, Credit / Debit. After successful completion of online payment, a Registration Number and Password will be generated. Candidates should note their Application Number and Password for future reference.
Offline Payment: Candidates need to first apply online and go to submit button. After submitting online, candidates will be provided with Application Number and password. On Submission system will generate the payment Challan which the candidate need to take print out and go to the nearest branch of Indian bank or the Designated Post Offices as the case may be, to make the payment.
