SSC CGL Exam 2013 - 2014 Syllabus/Exam Pattern/Result : Staff
Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level Exam 2013 - 2014 will be conducted
in three tiers as indicated below:
Tier
-I : Written Examination (Objective Multiple
Choice Type) : Tier I will be common for all posts. The
paper will be both in Hindi (Except Language Paper) and English comprising 4
parts i.e Part A – General Intelligence & Reasoning, Part – B - General
Awareness, Part C – Quantitative Aptitude, and Part D – English Comprehension.
Each part will be of 50 marks containing 50 questions. Detailed Syllabus is
available in the notification attached below. Tier I Exam will be conducted on 14/04/2013 and 21/04/2013.
Tier
-II : Written Examination (Objective Multiple
Choice Type) :
Tier-II of the Combined Graduate
Level Examination -2012 will be of Objective Type Multiple Choice and will be
conducted over a period of two days on Date for Tier II Exam - 20/07/2013 & 21/07/2013. The Tier II Exam will
consist of following papers.
Paper I : Quantitative Abilities – 200 Questions of 100
marks
Paper – II : English Language & Comprehension - 200 questions of 200 marks.
Paper – III : Statistics : 200 Questions of 200 Marks
Paper-I & II are compulsory for all the categories of
posts .Paper-III is only for those candidates who apply
for the posts of Statistical Investigators Gr.II & Compiler.

Tier
-III : Personality Test /Interview/Computer Proficiency
Test or
Skill Test (wherever
applicable). : Tier III is applicable only for selected
posts.
Result/Final
Merit List of Selected Candidates : After Tier I/II
Examination and Interview/Skill Test/Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), wherever applicable,
SSC will prepare a final list (Result) of candidates on the basis of preference
exercised by candidates in application form. The final result/final list of
selected candidates will be displayed on the SSC Website.
