Kanpur invites online applications for Upper Division Clerk (UDC) and
Multitasking Staff (MTS). Further details are as under :
UPPER DIVISION CLERK :
No. of Posts : 14 Post
Age : Between 18 to 27 years as on 24-01-2012 Relaxable for employees of ESI
Corporation and Govt. Servants in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt.
Pay Scale : Pay band of Rs. 5200-20200/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-
MULTI TASKING STAFF :
No. of Posts : 61 Post
Age : Between 18 to 25 years as on 24-01-2012
Pay Scale : Pay band of Rs. 5200-20200/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/-
No. of Posts : 14 Post
Age : Between 18 to 27 years as on 24-01-2012 Relaxable for employees of ESI

Educational Qualifications: For UDS: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent
thereto.For MTS: Matriculation or equivalent.
Selection process: For UDC: Selection will be Based on written test & computer
skill test, for MTS: Selection will be Based on written test
Application fee: For UDC: Rs 225/- and for MTS: Rs 125/-
for general/OBC candidates, No fee is payable for SC/ST/PH/Ex-ser/ESIC Employees/Women
candidates. Fee is to be paid through Demand draft drawn in favor of Regional
Director, E.S.I. Corporation Kanpur, Payable at Kanpur, any nationalized bank.
How to apply: Candidates can apply online
from 24-12-2011 to 24-01-2012.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Before Applying online, you should have a valid E-mail ID. After reading relevant instructions, enter your email id.. A verification Code will be sent to mail ID, enter this code to proceed.
2. Candidates need to fill application form properly, enter DD details like bank name, DD.No, in appropriate space provided in application.
3. Go to submit button after filling online application. A Unique User Name and Password will be generated and sent to your E mail. Note down this for further references.
4. Take a print out of System generated online application form and send along with attested photograph, DD in closed envelope super scribing APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF to the following address Regional Office, E.S.I. Corporation, Panchdeep Bhawan, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur-208005 by registered, speed post on or before 07/02/2012
5. Candidates need to produce their testimonials & application form at time of computer skill test
